"Jobs, Finding the Right Match," with Mitch Rosenberg and Charles Iaccabrino

My guests are Mitch Rosenberg, Managing Partner and Charles Fiaccabrino, of the Rosewood Group. Our subject is, “finding the right job that works out for both the employee and the employer.”

Mitch Rosenberg, Managing Partner, earned his Masters of Science Degree in Laboratory Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With his strong background in Biochemistry and Clinical diagnostics he started his career in sales with Electro-Nucleonics, a pioneer in clinical chemistry centrifugal analyzers. He was responsible for nearly selling every hospital in upstate New York a centrifugal chemistry system. Mitch continued his career with Hoffman-LaRoche where he placed Chemistry, Hematology and Immunology analyzers in hospitals, and private labs throughout the New York and New Jersey area. Mitch Rosenberg was ranked the Number 1 sales representative for ten consecutive years with Roche Diagnostics. Mitch attributes his success in sales to his innate ability to understand the critical nature of his client’s needs.

                                        CHARLES FIACCABRINO  and MITCH ROSENBERG

Charles Fiaccabrino, is the Rosewood Group’s Senior Search Consultant, specializing in medical sales management. Charles began his career at Roche in 1969 as the first Diagnostics sales representative in the newly formed Diagnostics Division. During his initial years as a sales representative he was responsible for over 80% of National sales. Charles' performance during that period of time allowed for the Diagnostics division to justify its place in the corporate structure at a time when its viability was questioned.

However the best was yet to come. Charles was appointed Divisional sales Manager on July 1, 1975 and soon became a regional sales manager for the Northeast a position he held for over twenty-two years. In this capacity he was able to exceed expectations in every single year of his career earning the highly coveted Presidents Achievement Award twenty times.
