Download | Duration: 00:56:47

Honorable Charles Rangel, who is the United States Representative from the 15th Congressional District of the State of New York. His district represents Upper Manhattan and is the smallest district geographically in the country.  He has been a member of the House since 1971, and his currently Chairperson of the all-important and prestigious Ways and Means Committee, and is the 4th ranking Member in the House. I spoke to Mr. Rangel about his all-important book, “And I haven’t Had a Bad Day Since,” and his views on the draft, and the current children’s health bill, known as S-CHIP, which was passed overwhelmingly in both houses of Congress, and vetoed by the President.
